\n1 unpeeled Granny Smith Apple
\n2 Kiwi
\nJuice of 1 lime (about 1-2 oz)
\n1 tsp (2 grams) Tsuji-San’s Matcha Samidori
\n200 mL Water

\nDirections\n

Add all ingredients to Vitamix Blender and blend for 30-45 seconds.

2-3 oz Peach Blossom Matcha shot
\n6 oz Lemonade

Directions

Whisk 2 grams Rishi Tea & Botanicals Everyday Matcha using 2-3 oz Rishi Tea & Botanicals Peach Blossom brewed tea. Add lemonade and ice to glass, and top with matcha shot.

Peach Blossom

Use 1 Tbsp Rishi Tea & Botanicals Peach Blossom per 6 oz of 185°F filtered water and steep for 5 minutes. Use immediately to create Peach Blossom Matcha shot.

Lemonade

2 oz Fresh squeezed lemon juice
\n2 oz Simple syrup
\n10 oz Filtered water

Mix ingredients together and refrigerate.
